What do you do?
We install Electric Vehicle Car Chargers (aka Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment or EVSE) for both residential and commercial customers in Northwest Arkansas.

Where do you do that?
We are licensed in Arkansas and service residential customers in Benton and Washington Counties. We take on commercial projects across the state.

Why do you do that?
We wanted to share our excitement towards the global effort to curb greenhouse gas emissions while making use of our professional backgrounds! Furthermore, we think customers should be able to better anticipate the costs associated with switching to EVs. We think offering fixed rate pricing for residential customers is integral to this process.

How much does it cost?
Our installs start at $695 nearly $1,000 less than most national contractors. Booking with a small company saves you money. This includes tax, a survey, licensed labor, materials, permit, inspection, and best in the nation Five-Year warranty. 90% of our installs are under $1,000.

How long does it take?
The whole thing? Typically we aim to pull your permit, install your charger, and have you on your merry way within a week of first contact for a basic install. How long will we be at your home? We typically schedule two electricians and typically conclude our service within four hours.

Why should we book with Ozark EVCS?
Because life is too short to become an expert in everything. We know the ins and outs of EV Charging, let our team take the guesswork out of your project. Some services and purchases are worth bargain hunting for (vintage sweaters, used furniture), electric work that can burn your home down is not one of them. There is a reason why Arkansas requires 12,000 hours of on-the-job experience and 572 hours of classroom time (plus examination) before they bestow you with the honor of being able to pull a permit.

What is included in your warranty?
Did you know most reputable electric work only comes with a one year warranty? We were appalled too, which is why we offer a five-year warranty on all circuits installed by Ozark EVCS (terms and conditions apply). All circuits (wires) installed by Ozark EVCS are fully guaranteed against defects and workmanship for a period of five-years. Please note, the car-charger you purchased will have its own warranty separate from Ozark EVCS's wiring.

Do we have to have a permit?
Absolutely. Any addition or significant modification to a structure’s permanent wiring system requires an Electric Permit before work can commence.
